Painshill Park – Easter 2009

On Easter Monday, we spent the afternoon at Painshill Park, and for the first time, Francesca walked the entire Historic route (about 2.5 miles). The highlight of the day for Francesca was the visit to the Gothic Tower (or Rapunzel’s Tower, as she called it), the big surprise for her being that we couldn’t only go up it, but that we could go through the door at the top of the spiral stairs and go onto the roof The full gallery of photographs can be viewed here.
