Has the iPhone 3GS got serious?

O2 Arena / DomeLondon BridgeOn a trip on the River Thames on Sunday evening, I took a few shots with my new iPhone 3GS, and after a bit of post processing, dropped some of the images on Flickr (click on the shots to see larger versions).

Surprisingly, after less than a day, these have clocked up around 1200 views on Flickr between them already, with still a few hours to go before the end of the day. I suspect some of this was due to the perfect lighting conditions providing some great shooting opportunities, but it’s interesting to see that the iPhone can now (with some post processing) provide shots which people really want to look at.
In fact, I’d be interested to know if those who looked at the shots even noticed that they were taken with an iPhone…
Has the iPhone 3GS got serious? The evidence here certainly suggests so!
